I tried this from one of Website with little more of my additions and sucessfuly done hence want to share with food Lovers :)
Ingredients :
Prep Time 10-15 Min and makes around 9-10 Ladoos
6-7 Betal Leaves
1/2 cup of Dry Grated Coconut
6 Oz of Evaporated Milk
Gulkand ( Small Box )
3 Dates ( Chopped )
Pinch of Cardmom Powder
1 tbsp Ghee
To Garnish
1/4 Cup of CocunutSweet red Cherries
Instructions
Mix Evaporated Milk and Betle leaves in Mixer and Mix it well till its well combined.Heat a Pan and add 1 tbsp ghee and add 1/2 cup of dry grated coconut and Cardmom powder and roast untill brown.
Add Puree of Betal leaves and evaporated milk to pan with roasted coconut and stir untill thicken.
Keep it aside to cool it little bit.
Greece you hand with little ghee and take little portion of mixure and make little flat on palm and add little Gulakand in middle and 1 chopped piece of date and make it round and Ladoo shape.
to Garnish roll Ladoo it in Dry grated coconut.
