Ingredients
1. 8 Cup Rice2. 8 Tsp Oil
3. 5-6 Garlic cloves
4. 3 Tsp Chili powder
5. 1 Tsp Turmeric
6. 1/2 Tsp Salt
7. 1 Tsp Chat powder
8. 1 Tsp Salt
9. 6-7 Curry leaves
Process
- First take Murmura in a tray so it will be easy to mix
- Press Garlic with knife
- Then in a small Pan add oil
- Once oil heated add Cumin and mustered seeds
- Add Curry leaves
- Add Garlic
- Add Peanuts
- Roast untill brown
- Then add Turmeric , chili powder and chat masala
- Take out of flame and mix well
- Add salt
- Then add little by little mixture to Murmura and mix well
- Once all mixed well add sugar and ximbne with all
- Serve
Tips : Use Deghi Mirchi ( Chili ) Powder for good color
