Ingredients
- Green Chilies 4-5
For Stuffing
- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1 Tbsp Roasted Peanuts
- 1 Tsp Grated Coconut
- 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Tsp Water
For Batter
- 1/2 Cup Gram Flour
- 1 Tsp Rice Flour
- 1 Tsp Turmeric
- 1 Tsp Caram Seeds
- 4-5 Big Spoon water or as needed
- 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
For Frying
- 2 Cup Oil
Process -
- Grind Peanut and Coconut and make Powder
- Take out in small bowl
- Add Coriander, Cumin and Turmeric powder
- Add Ginger garlic paste
- Add Salt as per taste
- Add Water and Mix well
- Then Fill little by little in de-seeded green chilies
- Fill in all Mirchies ( Chilies ) and keep it ready
Batter Preparation -
- Add Gram flour and Rice flour to bowl
- Add Turmeric and Caram seeds
- Add Salt and Baking Soda
- Mix well and slowly add water and make it into paste for consistency check video
Heat oil on medium heat and once heated , Deep Stuffed Mirchies into batter and add to oil and deep fry until browm
