Palak Paratha

Ingredients :

2 cups Wheat flour
4 cups Spinach
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp carom seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
4-5 Green chilies or as per your desired spice level
1 and half tsp salt or as per taste
1/4 cup water

Preparations :

Mix Spinach and green chilies in grinder and make puree
Add Spinach Puree to wheat flour 
Add all spices Turmeric and coriander powder, ginger ,garlic paste, carom seeds and salt
if needed add little by little water and Make it soft dough 
Let it rest for 10 min with Damp covered cloth








Process:


Take small portion from dough and make round share using rolling pin , use little dry flour in case it sticks while rolling
Put it on heated pan and keep heat on medium heat
Roast both sides till golden brown, apply oil both side while roasting and serve
