Mix Dal Vadas


Ingredients :


- Chana ( Gram ) Dal ( ¼ Cup )

- Toor Dal (1/4 cup)

- Black eye Peas (1/4 Cup)

- Cumin seeds 1 tbsp

- Coriander leaves ( Handful )

- Curry leaves ( 2-3 )

- Green chilies ( 2-3 )

- Red Chili powder 2 Tbsp ( Or as per taste )

- Oil 2 Cups for Frying

- Salt as per taste

- Bowl for mixing

- Pan for frying

- Strainer

Preparation:


Soak All Dal’s ( Chana, Toor , Blackeye peas ) together overnight or Minimum 4-5 hours in Water

Process:


-Grind all Dals and Cumin seeds in mixer in coursed ( Not paste )

-add chopped Curry leaves , coriander leaves and green chilies , Red chili powder , salt Mix well.

-Heat oil on Medium heat.

-Take handful mixer in hand and make round ball and press a little to make cookies.

-Once oil is heated put 4-5 vadas and fry until brown and use strainer to strain excess oil and put on tissue paper
